I like them, but the working cursor is a tad bit messed up. The arrow gets big for one frame at the end. I'd fix myself, but RealWorld doesn't work at all. Otherwise this is great!

ONE: You can download the whole archive :-) From the blue Download button
TWO: All you have to do to install is to go to :

Start-Control panel-Mouse propreties-Pointer

And select a scheme or a set of cursors. select each pointer (ex. : normal; busy; working ETC.) the click Browse and replace eaxh category with the corespondent. After that click Save As.., Rename it and you're done :-D
