just to help any1 who needs it, in order to apply these go to start>control panel>mouse>pointer>browse and then find where u downloaded the file to(i would download to desktop cause its easy to find)and then apply and hit ok but you can find better quality and more of em at http://www.rw-designer.com/cursor-set/halo-weapons and at the top of that page hit the download option that is in blue lettering and save to desktop,then extract the file to desktop and follow the instructions listed above =) Unknown author (2009-04-02 10:46:44):

dude when you downlo9ad them save them instead of opening them. Then just put them on your desk top. Right click on your desk top and click personalize [for vista users] then click on mouse and pointers click browse on the bottom right hand corner and then drag the cursors you just downloaded from here that are on your desk top into it with all the other cursors and there you go.
