I can do the same, but I cannot remove the background color because this whole series focuses only on highlighted cursor sets. I have other sets without backgrounds, so browse for them.

It would be nice if you can make these cursors without the highlight so that you get cool, simple and modern-looking cursors

I understand your concern. This series of cursors were designed to be classified as highlighted cursors, so this means that the semi-transparent circle must always be there.
