My skills are improving. Now I have discovered and know how to properly use layers in the RealWorld Cursor Editor. There you have it. A fully animated rainbow cursor set with a spinning rainbow wheel halo.

An XL version of halo cursor sets is normal. If I made the cursors smaller, then it would look kind of weird. Larger cursors are better.
