so you download them to your computer
2. go to your desktop (i think these may only be windows compatible)
3. right click an icon
4.then you click properties
5. a window will pop up and there should be a button towards the bottom in the middle that says change icon, and then you just locate the icon you want to use in the location you originally downloaded it too

you can download the whole pack by clicking the download button in the blue box, it'll be downloaded as a zip file. unzip and then u can use them individually
