What is the purpose of uploading others works? The uploader may feel that their own works are inadequate and in an effort to fit into the community they publish other peoples creations. It may be that the uploader merely wants to share with the public.
Why not share a link in your blog or the forum instead?
Those who choose to upload others works should make every effort to:
A link to the original work with author should be placed in the set description. You must ensure that you have permission to freely use the work in this manner. To do otherwise may be copyright infringement and that is the same as stealing the work without permission.
RW users usually frown upon the use of others works in this manner and may not rate the set if it is not original work. Others may not read your description and not realize that the work is not yours. You, in all fairness, should make an effort to inform those individuals when the work is not your own.
RW is set up for individual users to upload and display their original works. There is no separate section for uploading work that is not yours. There are warnings against uploading content that you did not create or do not have permission to use.

Originality
If icons or cursors in your set are similar to those made by someone else or they are a simple conversion of something that is in the public domain, and sets created with the wizards in the cursor editor that contain little original content will be marked as insufficiently original.
Important: if you are using images, icons, or cursors downloaded from the internet in your set, you must have permission of the author and you must reference the original author in the set description. If you repeatedly pretend that you are the author of someone's icons or cursors, your account will be disabled.
What to do: Try different approach - make use of your creativity when drawing icons or cursors to add a personal touch.

Please read: Only authors or copyright holders may add a cursor to the library. By adding a cursor, you are giving the owners of the library the right to display the cursor online and make it available for download under the specified license. Owners of the library may alter the name or the description of the added cursor if it is inadequate or delete the cursor entirely.
