This is Madhu. How can we create desktop shortcut ikon without any file extention.

Well, every file has an extension. But, they are not visible by default in Windows if the extension is know. If you have enabled showing them anyway, links still should not have extensions. -> create a shortcut to an application and there should be not extension.
