1. Create an account
2. Go to Gallery -> Cursor -> Upload
3. Upload cursors
4. Gallery -> Cursors -> Create set

I am curious as to why anonymous cursor sets are desired so badly. You have an account. Use it, why do you need to post anonymous sets?
And do not say that "you just want to." I'm curious as to a real reason.
