I have windows ME on my computer and downloaded the version for this. I am not able to drop a photo on the icon and having it open. It just does nothing. I have created a shortcut at the bottom of my screen to be able to do this. Am I doing something wrong.??? I also have a shortcut on my "send to" area when I left click on the photo and that too nothing happens.
