How can i drag and drop files to make new things, such og this: http://www.rw-designer.com/composed-icons

You need to have image files on your computer and you need to open Windows Explorer or another file manager and navigate to the folder with images. Then just drag and drop images from Explorer to the raster editor window in RW Icon Editor or Cursor Editor.
