To change cursors go to Start Menu Control Panel Change desktop background Change mouse pointer Select your cursor Click Apply and Ok and leave the window.

Or: Go to the desktop Right Click Appearance and Customization Change Mouse pointer on the dropdown, look for your cursor. Click the scheme you want Click OK

Won't work for me. I try to change something to my custom cursor and it thinks it's a regular white cursor. Already done things like this
