Small Windows XP cursor - RealWorld forums

Hey guys.
You must with the default windows cursors A.K.A the windows XP cursors. For eg if u go into mouse properties then into pointers and if u click use default and the Aero and Link cursor.

SO MY REQUEST IS THAT PLEASE MAKE A SMALLER VERSION OF THAT.
