I only get the error message "The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. [...]". OS is Vista x64 sp1. I have tried the 32 and 64 bit version of CursorEditor.
Note: You say that during installation, you do a plain file copy (great! I like software that just runs and does not mess with the registry). If this is so, you might consider publishing a plain zip file instead of an installer.

Thanks for letting me know. The 64 bits version was only tested with Windows XP, because I have no spare computer with 64bit processor. I do not even know if this is a sp1 issue or not. Vista is really starting to get on my nerves...
