go to Mouse Control panel and change your cursor to a different one or the default one.

go to control pannel, click mouse and go to pointers. Then click normal select and then use default.

I think the people who are having temper tantrum problems with their cursors, need an animated "busy" cursor of someone flailing on the floor silently acting out that tantrum!

If you're trying to remove the cursors you uploaded to the site, there was a problem with it but it IS fixed now so try it again.
