This is not Delta Force but it is Delta Neon Orange cursors.

Amazing, I like the glow effect it makes it look very futuristic, I know it's because the cursors are neon but the effect is surprising, what about a Green Neon Delta cursor set? It would be amazing since it's my favourite color.

The glow effect is supposed to look futuristic. I like it that way. The spinning Busy and Working in Background cursors are amazing and bring a different look to animated cursors.
