trouble uploading icon

For the past week I again am getting the error message: "Failed to add icon to library. Try again later." I realize the database is getting full, but I see others are managing to add their icons. Is it something I am doing?

It might be just a temporary problem with connection. I'll try to check everything again.

I did not really do anything, it must have been some temporary problem with the server or connection.

Well, it's giving me that error message again: "Failed to add icon to library. Try again later." I don't know what resolves it, but it's been almost 2 weeks now. If anybody has any ideas what is wrong or how to fix it, let me know.

It must be either a temporary problem with connection or something else blocking the way. I have no clue.
