The cursor used to draw in RW, Can I change them?

Not officially. Only by changing the RWViewImageRaster.dll with tools like Resource Hacker.

That depends on what have you changed. But re-installing it is probably fastest.

Try uninstall first, or delete the modified file before reinstalling...

Hm, maybe the configuration was corrupted. Try running the "Manage RW Cursor Editor" command from Windows Start menu and click the Reset button.
