RW Paint menu disappeared - RealWorld forums

The main menu (which displays things such as file, view, edit, options, etc.) is not visible, and clicking the field has no effect. Also, some of the side menus (i.e. for determining text and brush effects, as well as pencil size) are gone as well. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. Also, I erased every registry key that referenced it and tried again with the same problem. I believe part of the problem is that when reinstalling the program tries to remember previous settings. Is there any way to restore settings to default, as I have not found one yet.

Yes, hold down left SHIFT and CTRL when starting the app and then click Yes. (The window likely appears beneath current window, so look for it in taskbar.)
