Where's the upgrade.I was told that I could get a free upgrade if I filled out a questionnaire. I registered to do this but there's no hint of a questionnaire anywhere. Is this a gimmick or is it real? Should I reinstall the old version?
Please advise.

OH. That's if you want to get newer versions without returning to the website. (I.E. They come to you) So uhh disregard my first post. I don't know what i'm talking about. 😊 These programs arent updated very often so that would only be if you NEVER were to return :O

I cannot find your email in the list of previous owners of the icon editor license. Would you mind telling me (or changing it in the questionnaire) the email or name you have used to get the original license?
