Sad Computer Cursor - RealWorld forums

I would like an animated cursor that is a computer with a green frown face on it. and behind the computer i want a bright blue lightning strike. I will use this for the computer busy cursor. if you can't make it then post a link to the software you use to make your cursors. Thank You!
