I don't. I have 7. Why are there no instructions for 7?

Got the cursors downloaded and chose one, then tried to chose another through the control panel, but nothing happened. How can I do this?

You go to Control Panel -> Mouse -> Pointers and then browse for each cursor you want to replace.

The cursor themes from Windows XP named as system scheme (Dinosaur, Hands 1, Hands 2, 3D Bronze, 3D Silver, Variations, Windows Animated, etc.) are removed from Windows 7.
