A large flashing(multi colour - rainbow)Arrow cursor.

The biggest cursors in the gallery are not big enough for me...

I'm trying to figure out if 64x64 low res will work. Am I guessing correctly?

No, it won't. Cursors are under normal circumstances limited to 32x32 pixels.

I guess that would be easy enough, though I'm not really an artist. I'll try.
