Hi droplets not working dos says unexpected error. Any ideas please. windows 7

I have now also tried it on windows XP and droplets not working with same result.

There is a bug in the 2011.1 version that sometimes prevents droplets from functioning properly. In the previous version, all works fine and the batch processing is exactly the same in both version. If you need droplets urgently, use the previous version until the bug is fixed.

Many thanks - tried previous version and works fine on Windows 8. Thank you very much for your help and support.
