Resizing highlight around cursor

Great software....I now have a highlighted cursor. However the highlight area is slightly larger than the mouse cursor. How can I make the highlight area twice as large? I've made the highlight as large as the work area....can I expand the work area without reducing the size of the mouse cursor within the RW software?

Basically no, cursor size in Windows is more or less fixed.

Sorry, I wasn't that clear. The mouse cursor is fine...I'd like a larger highlight area behind the cursor.
