Creating a vector image from a raster image - RealWorld forums

I cannot create a vector image for my profile icon, as it is extremely difficult with a laptop touchpad. Would anyone care to do this for me? Sorry for the poor image quality, my hair is brown and I have blue eyes.(Also, please leave the dark marks near my nose out of the final result, those are not birthmarks and I do not wish them on my face.)
