when I try to download a cursor, then open or save it, a box pops up telling me that "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install one or if one is already installed, create an association in the defaults programs control panel".
My question is- how do I know if I have a program installed, associated with it? And if I do, how do I create an association in the defaults programs control panel?
Thanks. I woul;d appreciate some feedback.

Don't double-click the cursor, instead go to Mouse Control Panel and navigate to the cursor after choosing a role for it.
Or you can install this and right-click on a cursor and choose the role from the menu.
