Resizing existing icons- how do I do it? - RealWorld forums

I have preexisting icons I wish to re-size for a project. How can I do this?

Are they .ico files? If yes, what sizes are already in and which ones you need to add? If not and they are normal images, you can just resize them, possibly in batch mode.
