Errors on RWpaint

i have a problem in rwpaint trying to use the STYLIZE drawing tools in a vector layer the screen looks weird, also using TRANSFORM the program just stop.

im using win7 ultimate and a portable rwpaint

These tools don't work with vector layers. Did you try to add them yourself or did they just appeared on their own?
