Cursor mania is a cool but small program that adds a button on your browser which will open a window where you can choose of thousands of awesome cursors. It is what inspired me to find RealWorld cursor editor so i can make my own. YOu can get it at www.smileycentral.com

Yes, it's free. I have it, but I don't use it. The cursors aren't really stored on the computer, so you can't edit them unless you take a screenshot, select the image, paste it into RWCE, and save it.

I have never installed it, but there are guides on the web and some adware removers should be able to deal with it.

Not a classic virus, but it is still harmful. It gives you something and takes something back.
