Changing exsisting cursors - RealWorld forums

So I have a cursor and I want to change the color of it. Lets say its outline is black inside is white. Default windows cursor. The only change I want is white to blue how can I do it without having to paint the whole thing.

Im looking for an option like select all (*white) change to (*blue)

I'm not sure if this is the answer that you're looking for, but the paint bucket tool can recolor it really quickly
