Is there any way to resize all the frames in an animated cursor at the same time? Resizing them 1 frame at a time is extremely time-consuming. If there is any way to do it faster please tell me.

There is a Change Format command in the toolbar above the frames that might do exactly what you want.

I tried it, but the Change Format doesn't use linear filtering when resizing the images. It looks better with the normal resize tool that takes so long to use.

Yes, that is true. If was already enhanced for the upcoming version, but that does not help you. I guess there is no faster way right now.
