Software not working - RealWorld forums

The rwcursor program won't open. When I click the icon, it shows it on the toolbar as if it's open, but nothing is there, and when I click it on the toolbar, nothing happens. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling, and that didn't help. I don't know what's causing this, and it was working just fine yesterday, and now it's doing this out of nowhere. I also tried restarting my PC and that did nothing to help.

perhaps it is on another monitor or desktop...
