Tunnel Vission graphic - RealWorld forums

Hello. I don't know if this is possible or I need some kind of app but what I would like is be able to blur everything on the screen outside a circle somewhere between 1" to 2" in diameter on the screen. kind of like the 007 movie intros. but blur the screen behind instead of blacked out completely.
