I am sure the effect you achieved can be replicated quite easily in RW Cursor Editor or RW Paint, So you can save higher res images there. Sorry if you I'm reminding you what you know.

I like the ideas for busy, working in background, precision and unavailable. I also like the little blue cursor at link, because it is not distracting, but it marks links well.

You must download it then extract into a file and then go to control panel search mmouse and choose your mouse and you're done.
