A static cursor (no animation, classic stand-still) that I created out of boredom for a website I'm working on. In order to use this cursor you'll have to contact ME (Joshua Huff). I'll ALMOST ALWAYS allow you to use it. I'd just appreciate credit being given to me accordingly.
