This was Max Teabag's (known in PB2 as Max teabag) Cursor.
I wanted it badly, but he said he lost it in his old computer fire.
I decided to re-make it so he (and others) and use it.
I got the cursor from a video he uploaded and used RealWorld to take the background out.
