EMS related animated cursors with optional static Normal Select includes ambulance and star of life in set. I have also included a second link select that does not move, instead it appears to have blue flames. Updated for Win7 users. Please enjoy.
I have also made an icon set to go with this.

Wheels are too small!

I see this set is an updated E.M.S. cursor set.
I'm not sure about moving hotspots.

I have fixed the handwriting cursor which had a moving hot spot. The other cursors that show moving hot spots do not actually move, the arrows move away from and towards the stationary hot spot one when being used. 8-) :-)
