Judeous II Cursors

This is my first cursor set. I started it a while (years) ago, after starting another one, hence the II. If I ever get back to that one then I'll upload it under Judeous I. This one came to me in a dream: A cursor outlined in bold TV static colors, surrounded by static.
I didn't have a clear vision for the Link Select, so I ran off the road there a bit.
