Opera GX Neon Red Cursors
Here is the second cursor set in this series of a three part series of Opera GX cursors. This red version is bolder with a thicker glowing border. The Opera GX Neon Red glows beautifully well on Windows 10 and 11 machines. The Busy cursor was resampled by me in 256 colors to shrink the file size below the 2 MB target. This red cursor set has a 128 canvas size, but the pixels of the cursors themselves are slightly down scaled in physical size. The Busy cursor may look a bit buggy on one or more of its petals due to the 256 color resampling effect. There is nothing that can be done to fix this. However, the color appearance of the Busy cursor still looks close to the original full color mode version.
