Rainbows and Sparkles Cursors

I have tried to re-create the normal Windows cursors and then rainbowify them and add sparkles.
I accually use these myself on my computer.
I'm sorry that I didn't get to add in the Handwriting icon, but i couldn't really make a pen smaller to add the sparkles and rainbowify it.
