Hey, I've made some icons, but I want them to be in different formats:
-Smooth edges:
--256x256 (made it this size)
--48x48
--32x32
--16x16
-256 colours
--256x256
--48x48
--32x32
--16x16
How can I make them to be these formats?
If you have drawn the icon after creating a new .ico file and have the other images already in the .ico file (although empty), the fastest way is probably selecting the drawn image and clicking "New icon from selected image..." in the "Icon operations" button above the list of images (next to "Icon OS type"). You might want to turn off shadows in this case.
BTW it is recommended to use the "New raster image" wizard instead of "New icon" when you plan to draw one image and then convert it to icon with multiple images (I plan to address this in the next version, because many people start with an empty .ico).
An alternative would be to remove the other images from your icon and then re-add them while having the 256x256 image selected. When a new image is added, it is initialized from the currently selected one.
thanks
