How do i make an cursor from a image without losing resolution?

I would like to know how to do that, cause all a tried to do it form an image, it comes with so much pixels, that you cant even see it.

Well, if the picture is too complex, then nothing can be done about it. 32*32 pixels does not allow for high quality images... ;-)

I've seen some cursors from images that are smooth. I suppose when you make the cursor(on the page where you select "cursor from image"), you have to select "32 bits-smooth edges". I'm not sure, but try it. 'Cause I've seen people that had smooth cursors from images and animations. Not nessecarily good. But smooth edges. Try it.
