How to cut an object and move to another photo?

In short, you have to select it with one or more of the selection tools and then ...uhm... cut it (with CTRL+X or SHIFT+Delete or toolbar button or menu command). And then paste it to another photo.

The selecting part will be the tricky one. In the current version of the editor(s), you would probably want to use the "Select with: Lasso" tool in the "Magic Wand" group (which may also help). The lasso tool works like this: you push and hold the left mouse button and move the mouse around the object you want to select. Then you release the button. Accuracy may be a problem. Alternatively, you may try selecting with brush or ellipse in the same tool group. You can also combine selections by holding SHIFT and/or CTRL while selecting.
