Hand/fist pointer - RealWorld forums

Hi
In some software we find pinters in form of a hand closing to a fist when clicking it (here e.g. FoxitReader, Garmin BaseCamp). How can I change/manipulate these cursors?

With the realworld cursor editor. You can do your own cursors or modificate the existent ones, obiously you need a computer to do it.
