My question is, is it possible to select all the layers' images and then move them together?

Another question is, is there a shortcut to move multiple pixels at once when selecting an image and moving the position with the keyboard arrow keys?

I actually dont understand what do you mean

You will have to be more specific, are you editing an image, an icon or a cursor. Because in case of an image, it may be easier to just crop it to change the whole canvas instead of moving the contents of the layers.
