I've been on drawing games and websites, but the handwriting cursor doesn't show.

the only game i know it uses handwriting cursor is Inkball, it came with vista (ye i know vista was messy and most 3d games didn't work) and for some strange reason it was delisted on windows 7

I've seen it work on the windows 11 snipping tool, when drawing on the screenshot.
