I created these images in Xara.
I suggest you go do something of use with your time.

I have absolutely no reason to steal that which I am perfectly capable of creating.

How I Did It (Windows 10)
1. Downloaded It
2. Dragged The File To My Desktop
3. Right Clicked Then Pressed "Extract"
4. A Button Came Up Saying "Show Extracted When Done?" Click Yes
5. Wait For It To Extract
6. Either Leave It There Or Drag Them To Pictures Or Downloads Or Whatever
7. Looked Up "Mouse"
8. Went To Pointer
9. Went To Browse Pointers
10. Went To The Pointer Folder I Put Them In
11. Where It Says "Cursors Only" Click It Change It To All Files
12. Select Your Cursor You Want
13. Click Apply
14. Bam
