Editing Raster Images in RealWorld Designer

Drawing tools

• Draw Points, Lines, Curves, Text, Circles and Ellipses, Rectangles and Rounded Rectangles. Set width of shape outlines.
• Use Standard or Antialiased mode.
• Fill shape with alternate color - prevent bleeding edges artifacts.

Different blending modes used by the ellipses.

Fill area

• Fill Area with solid color or color gradient.
• Configure filling tolerance.
• Set gradient orientation and size using mouse.

Color and alpha gradient fill.

Area manipulation

• Move, resize, copy, cut and paste rectangular area.
• Draw over existing pixels/Replace existing pixels (applicable only if selection contains transparent pixels).

Resize and move rectangular area.

Import images

• Import JPG, BMP, PNG, GIF, TIFF, TGA, PCX, JPEG2000, DDS, PSD.
• Capture image from clipboard or from WIA compatible scanner or camera.

Image opens by default in "view mode".

"Edit as raster image" button switches to edit mode.

Export images

• Export to JPG, PNG, BMP, JPEG2000.

"Export Image" command lets you export any image and set encoding options.

Image operators

• Many preconfigured operators: Mirror, Flip, Center in Square, Adjust Contrast, Adjust Brightness, Harden Outline, Mix with Background, etc.
• Script your own operators and filters in JScript - create filters specific for your projects.
• Print images.
