I have successfully uploaded this Rainbow Vortex Swirl cursor set today on January 21st 2025 without any upload errors. All the 18 cursor roles have uploaded successfully on the RealWorld Designer website. However, the big download button above this page does not work because of the size of the description. Therefore, you need to download the cursors individually one by one to download them all.

Please be sure to thoroughly read the description that I have written for this cursor set above. You must read it so that you know how I created it, and this will also help you out improving your skills when using RealWorld Cursor Editor when making animated cursors. All the cursors in this cursor set are fully animated with 50 animation frames and three cursor resolutions.

I took me multiple days to make this cursor set. I am protecting it from violation with the copyright law and the license I have put in place. You may download it and use this cursor set for any of your project uses, but you are forbidden from performing any re-uploads. Failure to obey this guideline will make me send an email of complaint to the webmaster of any site, including this one, for a takedown complaint of any re-uploads of this cursor set.

OK. Wait for a response. Email him back if he asks you something regarding your ability to rate cursor sets from your account. Then try to rate again. For now, try to rate another cursor set of mine to see if your ratings work.

Just keep trying again. Find a workaround and then wait a few more days. Try to adjust your account by making sure that it is set as public and that all your account settings are suitable for rating cursors.

If you still have trouble to rate cursors and icons in a few days, then try to contact the webmaster of this website, and also contact other users of this community of people who are signed up with official accounts. They may be able to respond quickly and solve your rating issues quicker. Just give it a try.

I do agree with you 100% TenZue. These cursors are nicely animated with a great level of smoothness, despite each cursor role having only 50 frames. My original plan was to make this cursor set for all the roles with 100 frames, but that made the file size of the cursors more than 2MB so I was required to cut it down to 50 frames and I have balanced out the frame speed to a normal speed of 30 to obtain a smooth swirling spinning effect. This cursor set make this way with 50 frames has the same visual level of animation smoothness as to a cursor set that would have 100 frames. Everything is perfectly balanced out the way I planned it, as written in the four stats below the first paragraph.

These got 0 downloads but so many comments?? The ratio is unimaginable.. Wow, damn. But a nice cursor, smooth and nonetheless.

The reason why there are zero downloads is because the big download button above does not work. That does not really matter so much because it is still possible to download this cursors set by downloading the cursors individually from the cursor previews above. You can also click on an individual cursor and download from the page that opens up from the cursor's link. Therefore, all cursors are downloadable and all the cursors themselves have their own download counts. Hope you noticed that.

I have written big and long comments here, I know, but I am very explanative to why such problems happens sometimes. My comments always helps other users here on this site to tackle problems and gives aid and tips on how to perform a task on this site of the cursors and icons themselves. Do not worry about my comments being long because they are meaningful and always helps other. I also never spam anybody because I know spamming is bad and I hate spam myself. I even told others to never spam as well and abide to the rules.

I know that the awareness of the download ratio for each individual cursor role is unimaginable, but that does not matter at all. At least, users seeing the individual download counts can tell which cursor set the most favourable cursor out of all the other cursors in this cursor set. I have also downloaded and re-downloaded multiple copies of each of the cursor roles to my R: RamDisk on this computer to test if the downloads works for all the cursors. All the cursors in this cursor set are downloadable and they all work properly after download them. You can try that for yourself. Every time that I download a cursor role from this page, it adds one more download count to the download count total as it does in the same way as to other users downloading each of the cursor roles in this set. Everything works perfectly well according to plan. All you have to do is to admire, download and enjoy those rainbow cursors.

This is truly a wow cursor set with lots of pizzazz to jazz up the appearance of the desktop themes for Windows 11 users using this new operating system from Microsoft. This rainbow cursor set has a dazzling rainbow animation effect, which is very smooth and all the cursor frames are nicely animated. Please be aware that this rainbow cursor set was intended more for use with Windows 11 operating systems, so if you have Windows 11 on your computer, go ahead and download all the cursors roles and apply them to your cursor roles one by one by changing all your mouse cursors. Windows 11 rainbow themes would look their very best by using this dazzling rainbow cursor set.
