Hi-res cursor previews

Because JDDellGuy added another high-quality cursor set with high-resolution cursors, I have decided to finally update the gallery script to show the 48x48 images on the individual cursors pages.

Two minor updates: Notifications about comments and set ratings are now presented in a single row on your account page as a review. Also, I have created 2 pages that explain how to get buttons and spend buttons and what the workshop items do. The later one is actually just a template - feel free to add content to it.
